We identify and advise on cosmetic repairs and issues that could deter buyers from making an offer or worse making subsequently lower offers. Addressing these problems before listing can help you achieve a much higher sales price. I will identify such items of repair and share these with you. When we agree on the list of repairs, we will address I will go out to builders and specialist on my panel and builders and specialist you may know for an estimate / quotation for the works. I will always provide a personalised quotation for this item as each property’s defects differ from house to house.
